Great except the finish

We purchased a fridge, range and DW all Frididaire. They work great, the only issues is the finish on the door handles chips and looks horrible. Replacement doors are $150 each so that is not going to happen. How can this be remedied?

This refrigerator is beautiful, the black stainless just commands attention and really finishes off our kitchen beautifully. I love the ice maker/water dispenser and all the extra space inside. It has plenty of shelf space and the freezer is very spacious as well. We love our Frigidaire products. We have the gas range and the microwave as well and they all work well and look beautiful.

i love the size of the fridge- i was going from a traditional fridge and worried about going to a top and bottom freezer type but there is plenty of room in all areas for each grocery item = i also love the water, ice and crushed ice options - the middle drawer suits us wonderfully as every member of our family has different cheese options so there is plenty of room

This is a nice fridge. But a few things could be changed to make it even nicer. The flipper on the door should be on the left side so that when you access the tall area for milk you only have to open one door. Small thing I know. Icemaker is slow and noisy but works

This fridge is very poorly made. After 14 months, the flap on the door broke. We can barely close the fridge and have to have someone out to service it. I™€™m sure it will happen again due to crappy plastic parts. Very unhappy and will not buy from Frigidaire again.

This refrigerator is a bit smaller than the LG it replaced, but it was available when I needed it. I would have liked the door bins to be a little wider and I would have liked a butter compartment on the door. Also, the water dispenser doesn't chill the water. The old refrigerator had a larger freezer which I will miss. This refrigerator is quieter than the old one.

I love the lighting inside and at the water/ice dispenser. There is plenty of room inside for everything and more. There is one disappointment, the water dispenser is not cold water, it is warm or room temp. This would be a deal breaker if we were to buy another one. No reason for warm water dispensing!!! in this day of technology.

I purchased the Frig. Gallery unit but was very disappointed with quality and response from manufacturer. Liner for the door bin was missing, dents were on the side and back of unit. Even had a dent on back of unit that had a sharp edge measuring 2" inches. After calling and providing pictures was told it could not be repaired. Expectation is to receive a unit without any dents or sharp edges. After hearing so much about focus on quality it was disappointing to receive no solution to the sharp edge or dents.

Refrigerator works fine other than the switch, which controls interior lights when a door is opened, does not function properly and has not done so since the appliance was installed in August, 2021. Called the dealer and Frigidaire and was told the repair part was not in stock and neither knew when it would be available. Big disappointment.

This refrigerator is an ok value for the amount of money I paid. I am not overly impressed that both french doors have to be completely open for the slide out drawer to open. Interior shelving and trim feels a little cheap to me. The water dispenser is not top quality but gets the job done. I do like the fact that you can open the right side and water function still works.

Icemaker freezing up and not making ice !!!

Purchased this refrigerator May 20, 2021, after about 2 months ice maker started freezing up and not producing ice. In late August contacted Frigidare warranty for service. September 02, 2021 123 Appliance arrived to diagnose problem, said icemaker will have to be replaced and ordered parts. Here it is October 25, 2021 parts are still on backorder according to 123 Appliance Repair. We still have no ice and getting tired of buying ice every 2 to 3 days.I would not recommend the purchase of the Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator based on icemaker issues shortly after purchase.

We got our fridge 2 weeks ago, and so far, everything is pretty good. The inside is very spacious, although it is so different from our previous fridge that we are still figuring out the best places to store different types of products. The ice maker/water dispenser take up a pretty large chunk of space, but the depth of the fridge makes up for that.Pros: interior space, light interior, shelf that flips up to make room for tall items, temperature control seems accurate (no frozen produce!), and the look of the black stainless is very nice.Cons: a little loud; water dispenser is pretty slow; deli drawer doesn't slide out fully, so it's hard to access things in the back; shelves on the doors are shaped strangely.

I like it a lot.The styling is great, though I wish I knew that only the doors were black stainless. The refrigerator box is black. Also, the black stainless scratches very easily. 5 minutes of owning it, we slid a magnet with a photo under it and scratched the finish.It refrigerated well and I like all the space it offers.One design upgrade recommendation. The side by side drawers can not open more than a few inches if only one door is open. It would be nice to have one of the drawers the exact width of one of the doors. So when you only need one door open, you can access the items in that drawers.
